The best way to make a person valuable to themselves and society is by encouraging self-development. 

We don't have to wait for them to make life-crippling mistakes before we begin to prepare them. 

The world needs leaders. They are the leaders of tomorrow. 

This is the best gift we can give to them, preparing them for the future. 

We know if we build them right, they will prevail in any circumstance. 

They will win no matter what the future holds. 

And ultimately, they will make the future a better place. 

We are building teenagers by building their minds. 

We are shaping the future by shaping the leaders.

Through the Enlightened Leaders Initiative, we present teenagers with the opportunity to read self-development books that would build their minds into becoming nation-builders. 

We also have competent and heart-warming facilitators who assist in teaching the children and guiding them through structured exercises to ensure they have understood the content of the books and are well on the way to implementing it. 

Books currently being read include 'Who Moved My Cheese?', 'Gifted Hands', 'Success is Who You Are', and 'Be Different'. 

With sufficient funding, we can expand into various orphanages and schools to help build the future and eradicate poverty.
